Lini nianze kumpa mtoto chakula kipya?

  • Ukiona mtoto anaacha kufungua mdomo au anageuza shingo pembeni au kuchezea kijiko acha kumlazimisha uwezekano ni kuwa ameshiba au chakula hajakipendaImage result for when should i introduce other meals to an infant

  • Unapompa mtoto chakula usijaze kijiko mpe kidogo tu pale mwanzo wa kijikoImage result for when should i introduce other meals to an infant
  • Hakikisha chakula kinakuwa sio kigumu, weka maziwa ukifanye kilaini kwa wastani
  • Image result for when should i introduce other meals to an infant

Exercises during pregnancy

Hello dear readers,

I hope you had a great weekend. So I have talked about healthy lifestyle and I believe exercises are also very helpful. In pregnancy in particular they really helpful.

Exercise does wonders during pregnancy. It boosts mood, improves sleep, and reduces pregnancy aches and pains. It helps prevent and treat gestational diabetes and may keep preeclampsia at bay. It prepares you for childbirth by strengthening muscles and building endurance, and makes it much easier to get back in shape after your baby's born.

Exercise is so beneficial during pregnancy that the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists recommends pregnant women exercise at least 30 minutes a day most days of the week. The ideal workout gets your heart pumping, keeps you limber, manages weight gain, and prepares your muscles without causing undue physical stress for you or the baby.

If you have a medical problem, such as asthmaheart disease or diabetes, exercise may not be advisable. Exercise may also be harmful if you have an obstetric condition such as:
  • Bleeding or spotting
  • Low placenta
  • A history of early labor
  • Previous premature births

  • Walking: One of the best cardiovascular exercises for pregnant women, walking keeps you fit without jarring your knees and ankles. It's also easy to do almost anywhere, doesn't require any equipment beyond a good pair of supportive shoes, and is safe throughout all nine months of pregnancy.
  • Swimming: Healthcare providers and fitness experts hail swimming as the best and safest exercise for pregnant women. Swimming is ideal because it exercises both large muscle groups (arms and legs), provides cardiovascular benefits, and allows expectant women to feel weightless despite the extra pounds of pregnancy.
  • Low-impact aerobics: Aerobic exercise strengthens your heart and tones your body. And if you take a class for pregnant women, you'll enjoy the camaraderie of other moms-to-be and feel reassured that each movement is safe for you and your baby.
  • Dancing: You can get your heart pumping by dancing to your favorite tunes in the comfort of your own living room, with a DVD, or at a dance class, but steer clear of routines that call for leaps, jumps, or twirls.

Consult your health care provider before beginning an exercise program. Your health care provider can offer personalized exercise guidelines, based on your medical history.

Pregnancy : DO and DON'T

Hello dear readers,

Naomba Mungu akutunze.

  •  Don’t eat swordfish, king mackerel, shark, and tilefish, which are high in mercury.

  •  Avoid contact with rodents and with their urine, droppings, or nesting material. This includes household pests and pet rodents, such as guinea pigs and hamsters. Rodents can carry a virus that can be harmful or even deadly to your unborn baby.

  •  Don’t take very hot baths or use hot tubs or saunas. High temperatures can be harmful to the fetus, or cause you to faint.

  •  Don’t use scented feminine hygiene products. Pregnant women should avoid scented sprays, sanitary napkins, and bubble bath. These products might irritate your vaginal area, and increase your risk of a urinary tract infection or yeast infection.

  •  Don’t douche. Douching can irritate the vagina, force air into the birth canal and increase the risk of infection.

  •  Avoid x-rays. If you must have dental work or diagnostic tests, tell your dentist or physician that you are pregnant so that extra care can be taken.
Nakutakia kila la kheri. Tafadhali mwambie rafiki yako habari hii apite hapa apate faida

Pregnancy DOs and DON'Ts

  1. Don’t smoke tobacco. Quitting is hard, but you can do it! Ask your doctor for help. Smoking during pregnancy passes nicotine and cancer-causing drugs to your baby. Smoking also keeps your baby from getting needed nourishment and raises the risk of miscarriage, preterm birth, and infant death.
  2.  Avoid exposure to toxic substances and chemicals, such as cleaning solvents, lead and mercury, some insecticides, and paint. Pregnant women should avoid exposure to paint fumes.
  3.  Protect yourself and your baby from food borne illness, which can cause serious health problems and even death. Handle, clean, cook, eat, and store food properly.
  4.  Don’t drink alcohol. There is no known safe amount of alcohol a woman can drink while pregnant. Both drinking every day and drinking a lot of alcohol once in a while during pregnancy can harm the baby. Image result for do and don'ts during pregnancy
  5.  Don’t use illegal drugs. Tell your doctor if you are using drugs. Marijuana, cocaine, heroin they are very dangerous for you and your baby
