Part 2: Healthy living: Mabadiliko ya mfumo wa maisha

Hello hello,

I hope you are all well. Leo I am in my finest spirit and I am so happy I wish you could see me right now. Uwiii I thank God for another day to have you as my reader.

Ngoja nikwambie siri ya kuamua kubadilika...I am a work in progress so kuna siku hii list itazidi.

1. Change is HARD.
Image result for losing weight is hardDont be fooled, kubadili mfumo wa maisha in any way is not easy sasa kwenye maswala ya msosi inakuwa ngumu zaidi. Unhealthy food is tasty and addictive, healthy food is so not tasty. Sleeping and watching TV is so nice, exercises are painful. There are a lot of stories of how people struggled on You Tube, what they all have in common is the fact that the journey was so difficult to do but they DID it.

2. Get MOTIVATED

It can be as simple as fitting in a wedding dress or as important as the only option for your existence what ever it is, keep it, it will be so important through the journey.

Ask yourself, "What is my motivation?"


3. Find your INSPIRATION
For the purpose of the topic, Inspiration kwangu ni kama role model a person you are looking at for inspiration. Watu hawa ni muhimu sana, anaweza kuwa mtu usiyemfahamu kabisa lakini mwenye story ambayo inafanana na wewe na ukajiona unaweza kuwa kama yeye, inaweza kuwa mtu unayemfahamu kabisa.

Mimi nilipata wadada kadhaa kwenye blogs siwafahamu ila wamekuwa inspiration. Maza wa Maznat Bridal, Shamim wa 8020 fashions, Dotty Kipeja wa OMGift, Lavidoz wa Lavidos Style na Dina Marios. Wafuate kwenye Instagram na mitandao na utaenjoy

4. You can't do it ALONE
Image result for healthy living"To go faster go alone, to go further go together", simjui mtunzi wa huu msemo ila kasema kweli tupu. To get far in this quest you need people. Kwanini? Unakumbuka 1 nimesema its HARD, unahitaji watu wa

  • kukutia moyo, 
  • kuwa accountable kwao
  • Na unaoweza kushare frustartion zako nao. 
Hii itakusaidia sana hata kama hamko eneo moja.. Kwenye programs nyingi za fitness kuna Communities na hizi zimekuwa msaada mkubwa sana kwa watu kufikia malengo.

Mimi nilipata bahati ya kujiunga na group ya Dina Marios Health group ya Whatsapp na imekuwa msaada sana. Hata hao wadada niliowataja hapo juu wao pia wanaumoja wao.
